About

 A graduate of Chulalongkorn University with a Bachelor’s in Political Science, Jintana has over 27 years’ experience in radio media, advertising, direct marketing, integrated communication and CRM. She started her first job with PK advertising before moving to Smile Radio and then Nation Radio as an Account Executive and Managing Director as her last position. Nine years later, she started her own business: Direct Approach for 5 years, a leading local direct marketing company. She then merged with international advertising agency, Euro RSCG and  became Managing Director of EuroRSCG/Direct Impact, a large direct marketing and interactive agency. Then in 2002 she founded One Roof which quickly became a leading CRM consultancy in Thailand. In 2020 Jintana became the founding partner of Relationship Republic, a new company designed to help companies navigate and take advantage of the fast-moving digital economy. 

Jintanna is also an active member of the CRM community. She regularly contributes to the Asia Business Forum and Omega World Class forum, speaking on topics such as CRM, data insights, business intelligence and analytics tools. She also conducts in-house training for the Singha Corporation sales teams, CRM and promotions teams.

Graduated from Southern Illinois University, USA in Master of Computer Engineering. He was in a career of advisory & consulting to many big firms such as PTT PLC, Thaioil, and others. Most customers are in the area of Oil&Gas which was his expertise at that time. Shortly after that day, he opens his consulting & developing company to provide full service to his customers in all areas.More than 25 years, he has extensive experience in negotiating and managing large-scale projects. 

Being part of the Relationship Republic is his new challenge and he said this is one more trophy that must be won with everyone.

Graduated from Thammasat University concentrated on Computer Science. After that, he took around 22 years running his own software company to design, develop, and consult to many enterprise companies such as SCG,  True Corporation , Nok Air , Bangkok Airways as well as provide a great sale&distribution platform call “Salestools” to more than 50 FMCG manufacturers & Distributor in Thailand and CLMV. Chotichai is a software engineer, Inventor, and Entrepreneur at the same time. 

And now he joined Relationship Republic to drive and grow together. “The world spins faster than we can stop. If you don’t run, you can’t keep up with others.”

Waraporn graduated in Physics & Computer Science from Silpakorn University. She has over 20 years’ experience in designing and developing software programs.  

During her career she has worked with many listed Thai and international companies, such as CDG Systems (Software House), Advanced Info Service PLC, Thai Orix Leasing, Thai Fuji Finance & Securities and Direct Approach.  

Waraporn’s expertise is in creating, controlling, and managing loyalty program software. She has extensive design and analytical experience covering a wide range of product categories and operating systems including Windows Applications, Mobile Applications and Web Applications.  

Using this expertise, she analyses and designs workflow and procedures for loyalty programs as well as database and software to support marketing projects.   

Outside of the office, Waraporn is a nature lover with a special place in her heart for trees. She also enjoys travelling and sightseeing. Everything happens, if you believe is her motto in life.

Attended College of Fine Arts and Burapha university where he graduated with a Bachelor of Fine & Applied Arts. Twenty-two years ago, he started his first job with event organizer company as Stage Designer. A few years working experience later, he was Production Supervisor in a global public relations agency and being freelance graphic designer for 2 years. 

It was the first time that he has the opportunity to design direct mail for Direct Approach, the first K.Jintana’s company. 

With his passion of learning in marketing, Teera decided to work for Direct Approach as Art Director for 3 years and then he went to USA to study Typography and Creative Concept for Direct Mail by Direct Marketing Association.

In 1998, Direct Approach entered into a joint venture with international advertising agency and was be renamed as Direct Impact.  

He worked for Direct Impact as Creative Group Head for 3 years. And now Teera heads the creative department of Oneroof as Creative Director. 

Learning to do and when you do, do not stop learning is Teera’s motto in life.

Graduated from Bangkok University with a Bachelor’s in Communication Arts, specializing in advertising. In 2006, He started working for Estate Creation before joining Oneroof as Marketing Executive. 3 years later at Oneroof, he was Senior Account Executive and now Chayanin heads the client service department as Account Director. He always works side by side with clients, not just as supplier and client, but as partners; planning, analyzing, solving and also providing business solution and CRM strategies that is built on trust and delivering the finest quality of work to his clients. 

He loves reading, watching movies and surfing internet. Initiation is stop talking and start doing is his motto.

Relationship Republic was founded in 2002 under the name One Roof by Khun Jintana Lertlumying, a veteran with more than 27 years of experience in the advertising, direct marketing and CRM industry in Thailand.
